Company History
PROMIA, Inc. was originally founded as DNS Technologies in 1991 in San Francisco
and served as an application development firm for several years.
In 1996, DNS and
Synergistic Systems merged to form PROMIA, Incorporated. PROMIA then developed a
set of open architecture tools to address distributed computing across heterogenous
networks and currently provides these enterprise tools to major corporations and
internet business partners through the Technology Capital program.
