Standard support includes Help Desk voice phone access 8:30AM EDT through 5:00PM PDT. Customers can use the PROMIA Support Website to:

  • report and view SCR (Service Call Request) incidents online
  • monitor and download maintenance, PTF, knowledge updates or patches
  • monitor and download documentation and training materials
  • monitor frequently asked questions
  • e-mail with PROMIA support personnel

Premium support includes Help Desk 24/7/365 phone access with 4 hour response, as well as regularly scheduled support telecon meetings. Customers can use the PROMIA Support Website to:
