Visual EIS for Unicenter TNG
Level I Overview.Visual EIS for Unicenter is a powerful enterprise
information system for
Computer Associates' Unicenter TNG®. It turns the Unicenter TNG
repositories into an effective data warehouse through Visual EIS'
Decision Support and OLAP capabilities. Users can tie Unicenter TNG
repositories together with their corporate databases and deliver them to
their users, dynamically, via the Internet and corporate information
networks.
End users can have the ability to perform ad-hoc queries, data analysis
and dynamic OLAP reporting of the Unicenter TNG systems like Event
Management and AMO. Since Visual EIS for Unicenter uses the Unicenter
TNG WorldView API, the various Unicenter TNG data sources, including the
Unicenter TNG database repository, console logs and calendar files, can
be accessed collectively using an object-oriented approach.
