Intelligent Agent Security Manager™(IASM)
Description
- IASM collects data from intrusion detection systems (IDS), firewalls, routers,
and virtual private networks (VPN), then fuses and analyzes the data to achieve
a better awareness of attacks being conducted against networks.
- Reduces the large number of IDS false alarms by filtering out non-essential
events and presenting only significant alarms to the operators.
- Provides accurate and timely situation awareness to the operators and analysts
by filtering out extraneous or confusing data and presenting only essential
information in an understandable format.
- Detects novel (non-signature) attacks for which detection signatures are not available.
